Irrespective of whether it’s a question of an extravagant gourmet menu, an anniversary, a candlelight dinner or simply a meal with friends, Gourmetcook will make sure that your celebration will turn out to be an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

We will be happy to recommend and provide you with drinks such as aperitifs and digestifs which will complement your choice of menu, as well as suitable fine wines, of course. Do you also want table linen, decorations, plates, cutlery, glasses or service staff? We will take care of that.

We will whip up a multicourse menu in your kitchen even for 2 people. Whether it’s national, international or crossover cuisine, Gourmetcook will certainly be to your taste.

3-course Asian menu

  • A duet of sushi and seafood vegetable soup
  • Pig’s cheek in a wasabi peanut crust, filled rice paper parcels and steamed radish strips with kaffir lime leaf foam
  • Exotic fruit medley: mango sorbet with coconut cream filling, exotic fruit and a trio of fruit purees


4-course Italian menu

  • Scampi and scallops accompanied by a small salad with apple balsamic vinegar and olive oil
  • Ravioli with a ricotta nut estragon filling and mellow grape tomato confit with Parmesan foam
  • Lamb on a bed of porcini mushroom rosemary risotto in a potato ring with sautéed porcini mushrooms, marinated tomatoes and parsley lemon pesto
  • Miniature amaretto pistachio raspberry dome pie on a marzipan balsamic base


4-course French menu

  • Buttermilk mousse savarin and marinated salmon with its caviar and a bouquet of salad blossoms with a lemon oil vinaigrette
  • Quail stuffed with foie gras and black truffles with confit potatoes and candied courgettes in a hearty truffle jus
  • Crayfish (spiny lobster) with carrot orange mousse, mango chilli chutney and coriander mint oil
  • French finale: Vanilla soufflé with marinated berries and fragrant orange ice cream


4-course German menu

  • Cream of chestnut soup with parsley and a crisp pastry nest with spicy almond cream peaks
  • Variety of goat’s cheese with figs and marinated black walnuts on lamb’s lettuce with a pumpkin seed pomegranate dressing
  • Pike-perch roasted in its skin, cauliflower cream with pumpernickel, broccoli, beurre noisette and arugula oil
  • Chocolate cherry vanilla tartlet, acacia honey ice cream on a bed of rum-soaked fruit, stuffed dates and white chocolate rosettes
